Yeah, the orange skin is a little disturbing, but every single expression on her face makes it seem just so cute... so, good work if that's what you were (or weren't) going for!

@JackOat: Ninja Gaiden! :O Now there's a game that really got my Rage Gauge all on high! >_<
I prefer Dark Souls over Ninja Gaiden for the sole reason that I can follow what's going on at least with Dark Souls.
Ninja Gaiden really requires ninja reflexes! >_< I suppose I'm not ninja enough... ;_;

Sorry i haven't been posting. you did miss me, right...? :CAnyway: Demons souls and Dark souls: probably one of the 2 shining examples of why you should own a PS3, which you have to admit, doesn't happen often (cue fanboy rage: I don't actually own a PS3. This isn't my opinion. look at... many of the VG news stuff. "Too many" have said Sony doesn't know what they're doing half the time.) anyway. ummmm... i forgot what i was going to say.

I found your site thanks to Extra Credits. Great job on those episodes :)Skeletons will actually drop souls but you need to use a divine weapon for them to do so and to keep them from coming back indefinitely.
Ninja reflexes are learned :P keep at it. the Gaiden games are fun.
I look forward to more of your comic and art style ^^ i like the one shot pics of Iris cosplay.

@creation62: Yay! Welcome back! :DActually, 360 players finally get to experience the dread with Dark Souls :)
I wasn't aware until recently that Dark Souls is actually multi-platform. I think Fromsoft made a good decision to let others be able to experience the PAIN! xD

@vggal well that sort of gives a lesser reason to get a PS3, doesn't it? i mean, Sony has made a couple of bad decisions, but i hope they get better, because then it will only be Microsoft and Nintendo, and since the Xbox's community sucks so much thats actually the reason i switched to PC, and Nintendo is mainly kiddy games, games as a whole really don't need them to be the main faces of our community.

@creation62: I heard good things about Deux Ex. I think I would give it a try because I heard you can beat the game without killing anyone. Kinda like MGS! xD(Which I'm looking forward to the 3DS Snake Eater! >_<)
As far as gaming community goes. I like to stick with Steam. Some PC communities too are just horrible! For example, League of Legends. I hear the ladder community is better because more serious players are playing... But I'm not THAT good of a player, and the fact that people rage over somethings that are just not worth fighting over.
I hope I see more genuinely pleasurable human beings to play with than trolls and worse yet... PRO TROLLS! ;A;
@JackOat: If you are over the human average, I don't think you should call yourself low! ;P
I'd say 240 is really good! :|
Anyways, I prefer the slower paced games like turn based strategies. My personal favorite is Advance Wars. I'm still waiting for Nintendo to announce Advance Wars 3DS! >_<

Try "farming" some Humanity when you get to a new area. As long as the boss of that area is alive, you can get up to 10 Humanities by keep killing the enemies over and over. This is the very reason why you sometimes see your Humanity counter go up by one or two out of random while killing normal monsters. What you do is light up nearest bonfire, kill all enemies in the area, return & rest at the bonefire, and rinse, repeat.It does take time & is bit tedious, but it's entirely optional & still something worth considering if you are far from the rat farming area (especially in the early game).
Another side effect is that you do accumulate nice amount of souls for leveling & buying/upgrading/repairing stuffs.

This is sooooo true the game itself has the knack for lifting you to epic levels of greatness only to cut you down with a well placed riposte, backstab, cliff falls and all manners of hazards. I so love and hate this game. ("(n_0)")Love your comics, Iris is so adorable hollow or otherwise! XD
P.S. and on a side note i think joining the Order of the White Covenant increases your humanity at random, not sure though but i've noticed my character gaining humanity just standing and doing nothing but that was rare or you could hunt rats XD

Little bit older but still have urge to comment:Exact the same happened to me (Killing some minions, dying, lost 5000+ Souls because fallen to death)... Now I know I´m not alone TwT
Love the Game´s feeling and details as well as the fact you don´t know whats going on like 90% of the time. For examole I just vowed to a white spider woman (Queelags Sister?) after I accidentally kiled her guardian and now I´m servant of chaos...wut? What does that mean? Why can I give her humanity? And will she ever start to talk? Confusion is confusing!
before I forget: Love your comic too of course^^
